  I processed a skip a pay with Cheif financial and the first time I completed it they said they never received it when I received confirmation on my end showing showing it was completed so they sent the forms again and told me not to make the payment since I had before. Then AGAIN they tell me they did not receive my documents and today I spoke to one of the reps and I told her I did this twice already and when we confirmed that the payment I thought that went to chief was something else I told her to send the documents again and I will pay the fee and she responds “there’s no again you never paid it” and repeated herself when all I said was send the documents AGAIN and I will PAY the fee. She was very rude and there was no accountability on their end and no apologies for their lack of upkeep. I’m actually super disappointed in this service I’ve never had a bad experience until now. This rep was rude argumentative and talked over me when I was speaking. I literally had to yell that I’m still speaking to get her to stop. This was gross and disappointing

  Very poor loan service. Holding a lien for a week after it's paid off just to be difficult. I was never late with a payment but get treated terrible for paying a loan off early.
