      Helpful and friendly service. Great rates for employees. I would have given 5 stars, but I'd like them to make it possible to bank on-line instead of sending checks each month.

      Avoid this credit union like the plague. Whatever special rate you think is worth banking with this place, I promise it’s not. They choose NOT to process payments the day they are received, which I thought was illegal for banks to do. They are technologically delayed-with limited online banking options, they are slow at processing payments-so you will be sure to get screwed even if you send your payment on time and well within the grace period (processing customer payments on time is something other banks take very seriously. Anything less should be unacceptable.) They discriminate with their loan approvals-technically it is up to their loan officer whether she thinks you should or shouldn’t be approved, or think you have been working in your position long enough...whether you can afford it or not. It’s very inconvenient to access the funds you have saved. Poor customer service...rude emails & phone calls. And this just in! Reported to the Bureau of motor vehicles, claiming a lapse in insurance coverage, which was a lie. Simply a change in insurance policies! How conniving. I’ve banked with multiple credit unions and the comparison is night & day. It’s such a shame since they are associated with a nationally top-rated hospital. 0 stars.

      Absolutely a terrible bank, I have never had more issues with any bank than this one. I was told "We do not have to deposit any check into your account we can just choose to deny it even if it clears." Now i am out over $1,000. Every time you ask to speak to the manager she is out of town or they refuse to let you. I would NEVER go here or recommend anyone to go here.
