      We started working with Michael Kodsi on financing for our condo in December of 2021. Since the condo was due to be completed some time during the first half of 2022, the transaction was in flux given the lack of firm timeline. Throughout the process, Michael and his team were very attentive and responsive, often responding promptly to inquiries regardless of the time of day. Given the challenges of the timelines associated with the condo project, as well as the massive shifts occurring in the mortgage markets at he time, we could not have navigated through the process without the strong support of Michael and his team.
