  Ron is truly a home-buying wizard! On the purchase of my new home, we faced obstacle after obstacle, and cleared them all. Ron was able to help me get the absolute best interest rate available to me and help me through all the fine-print of home buying that I was unfamiliar with. He was patient with my many questions and took time explaining every detail to me so that I’d have a good understanding of what was taking place at each point. Ron is amazing and great to work with. I’d highly recommend Ron to anyone I know. I love my Dream Home!

  Buying a first home might be sort of stressful, and for someone without a financial background like myself, securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Ron Derrick was able to explain all the rates and acronyms into logical information I needed to make the right decision. From beginning to end, he was informative, extremely thorough and attentive to my financial needs, thus making sure that I was getting the best deal possible. He's always on top of his game, he makes sure he can do absolutely everything possible to give you a fast and smooth closing. I closed on my home on 17 business days!!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I recommend him to anyone in the market for a mortgage or refinancing a home. Thank you so much Ron, you are the best!!!!!
