The service with this company used to be off the chain- always excellent. It has severely diminished. In the process of becoming PCI compliant, I have learned that they have farmed everything out. Service has gone down the tubes. I will be changing processors.

Been trying for a month to update my merchant processing to a new account. I guess they use all sorts of third parties so my merchant login isn't on their site, I get emails from someone saying they are with TSYS.com then there email address is from globalpay.com, they can't get it done, very frustrating.
