  Chris Brown and his people are true miracle workers. My house was under contract and the buyer’s lender backed out….at closing!! Chris and his team jumped in and saved the sale and my sanity, His team is truly the best. I would use him for all of my mortgage lending needs!

  Considered lots of options when buying our house. Family recommendations, banks, credit unions. Finally I did a Google search and found CMP. We went with Certified Mortgage Planners because they were very responsive, not pushy, they educated us without sounding too salesmany. I will definitely recommend them for first time home buyers like us or anyone who desires those qualities in their financing team. Edit:. A few years in I've had to cuss Chris out in texts to get him to stop harassing me. He still sends me spam Mail and pretends like we're friends. I switched Mortgage Brokers just to get away from him specifically.
