Chris and the team at SWBC were extremely professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure that I understood the entire Refinancing process. Weighing the Pros and cons before proceeding is very important to me so being able to take advantage of the equity I have in my home has allowed me to financially balance my families life. Chris was not helpful at all. The only time he was responsive was when I had inquired about refinancing. SWBC lending has been the opposite of customer centric. I have been with them for 9 years and have never missed a payment or been late. I had to move banks and when I input my new bank information to continue auto draft payments it did not go through for the next month payment. As a result SWBC mortgage dinged my credit by 200 points AFTER calling and making the payment. I have made numerous calls and sent letters to the loan department to correct this action including copious notes with dates, times and the representative i spoke with each time. I called Chris to see if he could assist since I have been a stellar client for 9 years and of course he said nothing he could do about it. I would consider a different mortgage company that actually cares about their clients and is willing to help.
