  My husband and I chose to work with Chris after my parents recommended him and said he was “a good guy.” He made the loan process of purchasing our first home completely seamless. He was patient and explained things well. He also helped us to speed the process along. He stayed on top of deadlines and was always a step ahead of us. When he switched companies, we decided to refinance with him because he was able to help us drop our PMI: Another great experience. Chris is a people-person and is just so easy to work with.   I came upon Chris from a forum/blog because I was in need of a very specific mortgage broker who provided manually underwritten FHA loans. Let me tell you , there are not many out there. I submitted my info online for Chris to contact me on a Saturday evening and he called me about an hour later on a Saturday night. It doesn't just end there... Chris is so professional and is an EXPERT in his industry. I can't believe the knowledge he has. Chris communicated very well with me and I was never left without knowing exactly what was happening and what to expect next. I asked so many questions (and called him alot) throughout the process and he never got frustrated with me and was always willing to answer my questions.
