      Traci, Chris, Bo and the whole team were incredible to work with! They were super responsive and worked quickly! We had to move quickly to make an offer and they got us what we needed!       We were introduced to Chris by our realtor after the original out of town lender that we were approved with realized that they couldn’t lend on the property due to it being a little out of town and in an agriculture zone. This was already over two weeks into our escrow and only a few weeks from closing. Chris’s knowledge of the Steamboat market was apparent from the first call and he calmly assured us that he and his team at Elevate would get the loan funded on time. His team jumped in promptly and professionally and even though we were on a tight timeline they were able to get us through the approval process on time and without a hitch. The good news is that we closed on time with a better rate and loan than our original lender had agreed to. Chris and his team kept us in the loop every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful situation as orderly as possible. We would without hesitation recommend Chris to anyone looking for a mortgage in Colorado and especially a unique property in the Steamboat Springs area. Thanks Chris and Team!
