  I feel like ordinary words can't express how amazing I think Chris Moore and his team are. From the very first moment I talked to Chris, he treated me and my husband like we were the most important people, communicated with us plainly, communicated often, and let us know exactly what we needed to do, and he kept the process moving along like a well oiled machine. He worked constantly to make sure every "i" was dotted, every "t" was crossed, and that everything was on track and on time.   I just completed my third purchase/refi transaction with Chris Moore at Benchmark and he was as fantastic as always. I feel like Chris listens to my needs and goals and helps me understand market trends and the best timing to reach those goals. He is patient and helpful and I believe he takes a personal interest in knowing that I am in a good place financially - I'm more than just a case file number.   Working with Chris Moore over the past month and a half has been phenomenal! Chris answer all our questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Very friendly and easygoing when discussing certain aspects of the process to refinance our home. Everything was explained clearly and respectfully. Documents and paperwork was sent over quickly and he made the process so stress free. Working with Chris we felt like he was doing his absolute best to help us refinance our mortgage and put money back in our pockets. Overall I would highly recommend Chris Moore for any finance or refinancing option in the future and suggest him to anyone who would be in need of his excellent service and support.
