  We had the pleasure of working with Chris over the course of the past several months. As everyone knows, the current housing market is extremely difficult and unpredictable. Through it all, Chris not only gave us plenty of expert advice and information, but always did so extremely fast - which allowed us to stay ahead of the game when making offers. One very essential aspect of working with Chris is that we always had options to go along with the advice and recommendations. Looking at potential mortgage scenarios to find the best fit for our needs made the entire process substantially less stressful.   Hands down to "Team Parks" @ McLean Mortgage Corporation Chris Parks and his team are awesome to work with, especially Amanda. Amanda Foster is a big value to Chris's team. She is very detail-oriented. I have been able to close in 26 days just because of the dedication of his team to work on every detail that matters for a smooth and on-time closing. Chris is reachable any time of the day, even on weekends. You will get a response mostly within a couple of hours. Referring to clients with a couple of lenders, I would say 95% of my clients will end up using a Chris Parks at Mclean mortgage. Chris takes time to make my client understand how mortgages work.
