  CCCU has been there for me and my family when we needed them the most! The call center reps are always so nice and helpful in a quick manner! Brenda Raygoza was amazing and went above & beyond my expectations! She made my auto loan process and absolutely dream of an experience! Thank you CCCU for having such wonderful people that work there and values that have made me a lifetime member! I would give way more than 5 stars if I could!

  Don't waste your time. Always an issue. Wait in different lines to get something done. Minimum 15min wait in line no matter how many in line. Then gotta go to front desk to do something teller won't do. Then back to teller bc front desk doesn't work with money. Update The VP contacted me to inform me they are making changes in the way this situation was handled. It'll be a much better and expedient process. Thank you to Christian Community Credit Union. I appreciated the way you handled my concern.

  Friendly service. Never had any issues. They take great care and are patient with everyone. Only bummer is they're not open weekends but I heard they are trying to change that soon.

  Hello Nina, Thank you for taking the time to review us. It has always been our intention to be available to our members on Saturday as we recognize the added convenience it brings. We are currently working towards opening our San Dimas branch from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated date for those Saturday hours to begin, but we are hopeful it will not be too much longer.
