  Lisa the Teller Supervisor was amazing. She spent over an hour helping me get my money back. I had 3,500 in limbo for almost 3 months and no one seemed to care until I got to her. If my review was solely based on her, it would be 5 stars. But company policies and procedures and the lack of care from a corporate perspective just for me to get my own actual money back was absurd. The company makes me feel like they don’t care whether I’m a customer there or not. I shouldn’t feel like I’m a burden to my bank. Lisa was the exact opposite of this and her commitment to genuinely caring about my money as if it were her own was refreshing. Need more like her and less like majority that I come across when I have Aaron Butler
