It a Friday this branch closes at 6:30pm and I got there before 3:30pm. I went in to open up a business account and was told by Christina that she couldn't do it because it would take an hour and she didn't want to leave the other teller by herself. It was a total of three of them. I was the only person in the lobby so I didn't understand. I'm also a current member here. I'm not ok and I feel that it had something to do with my skin tone. I have never dealt with her before and I'm definitely not pleased. (Livonia location)
