I got a bank account set up with Chandra and she was super nice and helpful. I didn't really know what I was doing but she clarified things and then she helped me use the ATM because I said I have never really used one before

I will never ever come to this branch again, came here to get $54 so I can go to meijer, get to meijer & the 20 wouldn't go in self checkout, I tried several times, called the cashier over, she mark it with a marker it's counterfeit, I come back to the bank around the corner, they say there's nothing they can do because I left & came back, I asked can they review the cameras to see her counting cash to me, they assist on they can't do anything, I called police about it
