      I was so happy abt.a year & a half ago to find out abt.this place,since I live 2 miles away!! The tellers had been helpful, courteous,good customer service, until in july,2021 i went in to put money on my credit card, you would think I came in to rob the place!!! I had never seen the tall white lady previously,either she hated her job,hated people of color,the full moon was out, mayby that was it!!whn she pulled up my info my mailing address on my acct.is different from my drivers license, she asked, I gave,,, I GAVE my license, etc.still she acted very unprofessional!!! if folk don't want to work, or if ruining some one else business by being unprofessional,they need to stay at home & be to themselves,no one is going to patronize that!!!!!!!! I did not get her name but do have RECEIPT!!!! if you need , on the other hand I will just go the extra mile to my credit union to have transactions done!!!!!

      This atm captured my card after it said please wait for 10 minutes I went in the credit union and they said there’s nothing they could do This has happened twice at this atm No more will I use this place
