  I can't find the proper words to describe how wonderful Christian Martinez have been throughout our mortgage process. He worked with us for two months to assess our budget, help us financially prepare to buy a home, and get pre-approved so we could make offers competitively. Christian was so on top of everything that we actually closed on the home early, He was always a text or call away, ready to reassure our nervous second time home buyer jitters. Christian patiently met with us several times over the last months just to help assess when we were ready, and to pull the trigger when we were; He was excellent making the closing process simple, fast, and much less stressful than I ever could have imagined. The process was incredibly smooth and easy. If I could give more stars, I would. Thanks Christian!

  Christian Martinez and his team are great! They have the lowest fees and rates. Christian helped buy my first house back in 2015 when I was moving back to Utah after my military service. Now, he just helped us buy our forever home and I cannot be any happier. Christian has really become a great friend and like John D. Rockefeller once said “a friendship founded on business is a good deal better than a business founded on friendship.”
