  Regarding Chantal at Movement - From my husband: Couldn't have asked for a better loan manager. She was always on the ball, always communicating, always on time and possibly ahead of schedule. From me: she made us feel like we were her only clients even though I know that is impossible! We would recommend her at the highest possible level to everyone - friends, family, agents, anyone reading this. We had a fabulous experience with this company and with Chantal and her team.   I recently refi'd with Chantal at Movement Mortgage. I'm not new to the refi process but it can be intimidating even if you know what the process is -- it's always complex and time-consuming, & gathering all the right information can sometimes be confusing and seem endless. Fortunately Chantal was there at every step to assist, clarify and support our application and I gotta say with all the supporting documents in place, it was pretty much smooth sailing. She's a professional in every sense of the word and provided great advice and insight. She took time to answer questions and has great communication skills, returned phone calls and emails promptly and was on-point with her comments and suggestions. With all our ducks in a row, Movement was the fastest refi experience I've ever had. Highly recommend.
