I had received Chris’s contact from a realtor at a showing and thank goodness I did. Chris has me preapproved for my loan very quickly after I submitted my documents. Once I began searching for homes, Chris would always have me send him the listing before a tour and he would calculate potential Loan amounts based on the selling price and even prepared preapprovals for the specific asking prices. Once I did find my home, Chris and his team made the process hassle free and I felt like I was in great hands the whole time even through my successful closing. Thanks for making my first time home purchase a great one. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage or to refinance.

We originally started working with a different lender. During this time the lender had us jumping through hoops & couldn’t ever give us any useful information. He also wasn’t able to get us closed In the original time frame. We hired Chris and within 3 weeks Chris got us closed easily and hassle free! He gave us a date for closing from day 1 and that was our closing date. First day speaking with Chris we got all the numbers needed pertaining to closing costs. Chris is a wonderful person to work with and extremely informative! He’s the only person we will ever use if ever moving again! I will always refer Chris to anybody looking for a reputable lender !
