  Chris was amazing in helping me obtain my VA Loan and walking me through every step while being over seas deployed. His communication was great and if I had any questions he would be quick to answer them. He definitely made this process much easier and less stressful. Thank you to him and his team.

  I was put in a situation where I had to move or buy the house I was living in. Chris Knox and Floyd Sheldon are an amazing team. They worked hard to make it work for me, and now I am happy to say I am a HOME OWNER and didn't have to move. Buying the house was stressful, but they helped me every step of the way. Answered questions when I had them, and never made me feel like I was a bother. These guys are fantastic !!

  I was impressed as a new home buyer.knowing nothing about the process I needed to have everything explained to me in as much detail as possible. Chris was patient with all my question and helped keep me calm thru the whole process. I felt at ease right to the end. I would recommend chris and his loan company to everyone.
