Honestly, I was very disappointed with their service. They have an automated response system when you ask for information regarding mortgages which really seems to show they have it together. After that, it was a fail from my perspective. I talked to a Gentleman in the Charleston Office who said he would get back me, but never did. They have the initial contact down pat, but follow up isn't what it needs to be. Had high hopes for them.
