  My partner and I just closed on a home using a 30 year conventional loan from Churchill Mortgage. Our loan officer - Ron Manton - was instrumental in getting our offer accepted in a very competitive market. We initially asked for a pre approval letter for a lower amount (though we would have qualified for a much higher loan), but ended up finding a turnkey home we loved for which we wanted to go slightly higher. Ron was immediately responsive to our email asking if that would be possible - confirming that we were eligible for a the higher pre approval amount. Because it was Mother’s Day and Ron was at dinner with his family, he wasn’t able to provide an updated pre approval letter by the offer deadline - however, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND - sending email communications to and even hopping on a phone call with the listing agent to confirm that we would be approved for our offer amount. Ron and his team have been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process - answering any questions we had within minutes. I couldn’t recommend them more.

  Everyone we dealt with at Churchill was extremely helpful. Matt went out of his way to check in with us regularly all the way through closing, making it much less stressful for us as first-time homebuyers. The rest of the team guided us through what is an unavoidably complicated process and made it as painless as it could possibly be.

  My wife and I live in New Hampshire. We worked with Matt Ricci from Churchill Mortgage. He is out of RI but is licensed in several surrounding states. Matt is professional, personable, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall great person to work with. He worked so well as a key part of our stellar team to buy our house in this crazy 2022 market. This is our second time working with him and I'm sure it won't be our last. Our realtor loved him too and has already referred him to some clients of hers. Thanks so much Matt Ricci! Can't wait to work with you again in the future, as well as Churchill!
