      Needed a license plate sticker and the person behind the counter took great joy in the fact that their policy was cash only if you did not have an account. Then wit an overjoyed smile on her face she directed me to a cash station around behind the building AND then told me that the walk would do me good. It was icy and snowing out. My wish is for her to experience the same soon. That garbage attitude hopefully helps places like that either out of business or sends a wakeup message to its management. I would have been willing to jump through a few hoops and even pay their convenience fees but I wont be treated poorly just because I am not a member of their club. To CIBC I say careful I'm nobody one day you will treat the wrong person like that and it could cost you your job. You just never know who the son or daughter of a major share holder walks in your door and expects to be treated with respect.
