Unbelievable! I usually bank at their branch in aubrey, but I was in denton already so I stopped by this branch to make a withdrawal. Sat in the drive through 15 min after the teller had taken my ID and withdrawal slip. I parked the car and went inside to find out what the problem was. She was on the phone. When she got off the phone she would not say a word to me. Manager came over and told me, "because you don't normally bank here, we had to call your usual branch to make sure you are you." I was floored! I had to explain why I was using the denton branch rather than the aubrey branch, like it is any of their business! They said, "its for your protection, there is so much fraud..." since when do we have to bank at a specific branch? Nah, I will be changing banks asap. Just awful.
