  Cilisa has been so helpful throughout this process; I’ll do my best to detail her selling points, but honestly..words will never be enough. First of all, she always answers her phone when I have a question, which is amazing. I couldn’t imagine going through this with a person who was hard to get a hold of. But beyond that she is extremely knowledgeable about the process of getting a home loan. Literally, any question that I have - if she doesn’t know the answer (which is rare) then she will find it for me in a timely manner. She is personable and communicative, and it’s a pleasure speaking with her every time. 5 stars is really not enough when it comes to a stand-out in her field like Cilisa. If you’re looking for The Right Person ™️ to handle your home loan, Cilisa James is that person. 10/10 I would recommend her to anyone I know, and I know, without a doubt, that they will be taken care of.
