      This bank has horrible customer service. I had a question about my bank statement and called for clarity The teller that answered told me "its my bank card I need to remember where I spent it?" Then placed me on hold. As account holder I was put on hold and hung up on.

      Walked n this bank around 4pm on7/7/2021 with my uniform on and asked a Teller could I get rolls of quarters for a twenty. She immediately asked if I was a customer. I told her no and she said no she couldn’t give it to me because they were only trying to give the change out to customers only. I left disgusted to hear such BS. I remembered thinking about opening a savings account here and now I know not to even think about that any longer. I immediately drove up to PNC and the Teller gave it to me without asking any questions and I graciously thanked him then went on my way.
