  From day one, my loan officer Cindi Taylor has gone above and beyond in every aspect. We were in a predicament that needed a solution immediately. She was able to work with us efficiently and followed up consistently with updates and any necessary paperwork that was needed. Although there was constant back and forth due to the nature of the scenario we were in, she was able to resolve our issues and successfully complete our refinance. We now have a home we can call our home. We are forever thankful and will not hesitate to recommend her not only for ourselves but for our immediate family and friends.
