  Cindy Lowary is one of the best loan officers I have ever worked with. In mid 2020, we have started the process to try to refinance a BMR unit. we went through at least 3 lenders and they were unable to finish the process because either the loan company cannot get the require documents from the city or they just do not know how to process a refinance for BMR. until Jan 2021 i finally found Cindy Lowary on the sfmod list of lenders. I reached out and told her I will be on maternity leave starting mid Feb and i would like to get this done before my baby comes. It was literally just 6 weeks before I went on my leave and i know it is rush because most lenders are unable to do this under two months since the rate is so low. however, once cindy got all the required documents from me, she started to follow up almost every other day for me with the underwriters and keep me posted of any documents they need to get the process going. she also reached out to the city representative and got all the BMR docs in place. On the day when we need to sign the closing docs, since i need to be very close to the hospital so i had to arrange the notary to come to a different location. Cindy immediately helped me reach out and took care of it. Cindy did such a great job and at the end, i was able to signed my closing docs just two days before i give birth to my baby. the whole process literally took just about 6 weeks and i know i could have never done this with another lender. Cindy knows my need and situation and she tried her best to meet the deadline. I had such a great experience with her. I will definitely refer her to anyone who needs help with their mortgage or refinance loans.

  I met Cynthia through our Realtor Nai when I was in the beginning stage of getting pre-qualified. She explained what I needed to do to prepare. When I was ready to purchase, I called her directly on her cell because she was very knowledgeable and made everything easy for me. She was available anytime night or day. Through the home purchase process, Cynthia explained every detail of my home loan and what to expect next. This was very important and helpful since we had NO idea what to expect or what certain terms meant. We began looking in the Bay Area, then ended up purchasing in Southern California, we wanted to continue working with Cynthia as our Mortgage Loan Advisor. My home loan with Cynthia Lowary closed quickly and ahead of schedule. It was by far a smooth transaction and she got me a great rate. Overall it was a great experience for me and my family, I would highly recommend Cynthia Lowary to anyone.
