Holly, April, Maddy, and Haley… all the girls are always so helpful and eager to accommodate in anyway possible. I’m there several days through out the week for business and they are always so courteous when I come in. They always ask about my day, my weekend etc. Always very professional. They recently trained Judy and she had done a great job as well. I’ve had this account since I was 14 years old and I’ll be 44 this year. I can’t imagine having to bank anywhere else at this point! They feel more like friends!

Worst bank I have used for business. They constantly are locking my account on authorized advertising charges. This causes my advertising to lock up and freeze for sometimes 24-48 hours. After 10+ times calling and "fixing" it they still cannot do their job right. They tend to hold checks to clear much longer than other banks I have used. Even for serious issues, if you go in you may be told to "make an appointment" leaving your issue unsolved till the following day. If you need a serious business account, for a serious business. Don't use Cinfed.
