If you like to commit fraud or unwillingly give your money away THIS IS YOUR BANK! I'd take stars away if it were an option. I don't even bank here but my boyfriend does. Within the past ONE year he's had 3 checks deposited into wrong accounts (no exaggeration!), and one joint-check cashed without his signature AFTER warning the bank that his ex would be attempting such. If you have the same last name as anyone else who banks here expect to deposit your money into their account(s) at least a few times a year! ("But, I write my account # on my checks." Yeah, so does he!) Also, if you deposit a check into their ATM expect that money to be on hold for 4 business days. But, you CAN deposit ANY check by taking a photo of it and they will process it into your account, despite the name(s) on the check, no questions or verifications needed!

Devastating what they did to us. I had to lean on them a little more cuz our chase account was unavailable due to hackers and I over drafted with my debit card with 10 different charges. I rectified it the next day with a cash deposit and they didn’t just charge me 30 dollars like I thought was the case. It was 30 dollars for each charge. They credited one charge back but after talking to April and the branch manager Denise there hands are tied I guess and there absolutely nothing they can do. They don’t need my 270 dollars to keep the lights on. But my family does and we are devastated. Zero stars.
