      I'm never excited to handle things at the bank, but Katherine M. at the Paoli location made it so easy and stress-free. Hopefully she gets recognized because she was lovely to work with! I wish I lived closer to this location now.

      So in general, we like Citadel, with one GIGANTIC exception. If you are planning on using your Citadel credit card for large purchases from time to time, DON'T BOTHER. Without fail, EVERY TIME the transaction gets flagged by their fraud detection system. This is even more infuriating when there is a limited time to get a transaction to go through. I AM DONE . Will be looking for a new home for the 8 accounts we have at Citadel sadly

      The s is such a great place to do business. Employees are all awesome. Just wish there was a phone number that you can call to reach Paoli, without knowing the last name of someone that works there and then hope they are working. Totally frustrating. Need an answer from THEM, not from an automated system.
