I’ve been with Citadel for 20years. Never had anything but positive experiences. Richard Grey and Lester Neri are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable employees who deserve recognition from the head office! My Father, mother, and wife are also members.

I had a cashier's check issued from the bank. It was lost in the mail and I Citadel made me wait 90 days to report it missing and refund my money. Then, when that day came, they tried to charge me a $25 fee to cancel the check. Very inconvenient, obviously only looking out for their own interest and attempting to capitalize on my misfortune. I thought credit unions were different from big corporate banks.

I always forget there is a citadel here. The times that i came in, i was happy with the service and the staff was very helpful all the time. Always smiling and trying to help as much they can.
