      Greeted immediately after walking through the door by Dionne who helped me with my transaction since I didn’t have my debit card with me. She also helped my kids with snacks that was available. Very kind, pleasant, professional and quick encounter. Extremely satisfied with the experience overall.

      i was hoping to follow up my initial review with something more positive however i just found out the Citadel withdrew a payment from my personal savings for a loan that is paid off. What is going on?? just had the unfortunate task of trying to contact Citadel on the phone regarding the status of an account. after a 20 minute wait to speak to a real person, I got a customer service rep that was totally clueless. all i was looking for was a confirmation that an account was closed. i guess i will need to visit a branch. very disappointing experience
