      they were happy to open my account and couldn't be more helpful. It ended there. The person who I worked with was never there, or "with a customer" and never returned my calls..there seems to be no way to contact the branch despite their assurances that I could reach someone whenever needed Very poor followup.

      I wish there was a way to give less than one star. I've been doing my business banking here for over 10 years. This used to be such a wonderful branch. The last couple years I have stayed truly due to my own laziness and not wanting to change the account number on all my automatic payments! The manager could not be less helpful if she tried. There is absolutely no reason for this branch to even exist. They provide no more assistance than one can get from an atm machine. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere
