  Citibank on Elm Street in New Canaan is a small branch office of Citibank International. It's landscaped perfectly with manicured green lawns, beautifully planted flowers and shrubbery depending upon the season. They provide handmade wooden benches for outside seating on beautifully manicured lawns maintained to perfection.Citibank respects their customers by keeping their property well maintained at all times. They're always providing good service with excellent hours. I like sitting outside at Citibank on their comfortable wooden benches every day of the year. It's important to note that Citibank shovels its walkways and driveways during wintertime respecting pedestrian and automotive traffic. It's the only place in town where inclement weather is not an issue. Beautifully landscaped with attention to the smallest detail, Citibank is an excellent bank and good neighbor. Located across from Starbucks, Citibank has great service in an excellent downtown location.

  This is an awful bank experience. No manager to solve problems. Cash machine gives only 20s, no 50s anymore and staff can’t fix this. Head teller is extremely slow, not helpful. For a small town branch it’s extremely impersonal and bureaucratic. Avoid.
