      Worse bank, I opened a secured credit card two years ago and had been trying to increase the credit limit since than, but they have denied it Everytime while other banks have gave me ten thousand dollars in unsecured credit. So I don't understand why they make it so complicated.

      Diana (Linh) Siu is very unprofessional. I was there to open an account and she gave me a hard time ‘accepting’ documents SHE HAD ASKED FOR that I provided. She lacks understanding of the banks policies as she kept referring to her colleagues and manager for answers. Once it hit closing time and her manager left, she was rude and provided no customer service, I guess she was ready to get me out of there to go home.
