The branch staff is always friendly and helpful. I have multiple account with Citizens Bank (personal and business). One of my accounts was overdrawn after I forgot to do a money transfer. I received a text alert from the bank letting me know about the overdrawn account so I could fix it. Then they automatically refunded the overdrawn fee without me having to ask. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE and will keep me with Citizens.

I have been customer for a long time with this bank never had a problem .I recently went to this place which is close to me.As soon as I enter staff greet us but there was a lady standing in front of the counter looks like a manager with ugly face .... we went there to deposit check staff was saying this check has couple people name on it ..(because that was a car insurance check) then she gave that to the lady (ugly manager ) she said we can not deposit because all of need to have a account with citizen bank what the hell as long as me and my husband got joint account and also third person sign the check gave the authority to deposit and it has same last name of course my sister and she has already account with other bank .... has to be account hell no ...then we return and went to different bank and they did deposit for us without any problem never ever visit this branch again worst service not a friendly not even helpful worst service ever
