      Took me 20 minutes just to get to speak to someone and it was not busy. They had 1 teller to handle everything. But they were nice once I was attended to.

      BEWARE... tried to close my account here ... there was a pre authorized debit on the account which re opened the account ( which makes no sense once an account is closed it should be closed so naturally I thought the account was closed and done with ) they charge me 150 dollars in late fees WITHOUT contacting me until the max amount of of late fees that is allowed.. then they sent me a text stating I owed them this money. They would not work with me with the over drafts they are scam artists and that's how they prey on people and make their money.
