      Lisa is the worst. Went in for a deposit key for my business as I am a store manager to allow for night drops.. she says she will inquire and get back to me after I waited for 45 minutes. She never did. I came in 2 weeks later and asked if she ever had looked into key. She said she did but had auditors. Which I don't know what that has to do with me. She then looked confused and disappeared for twenty minutes. After calling someone in their home office for first time and inquiring right in front of me which wasted another 20 minutes of my time. She found she told me she couldn't do anything for me. I don't know why they won't give out keys that allow people to drop off money into an account I obviously have and even if so. She bold faced lied to me me. Made me wait for auditor to leave just to turn me away in end anyways. She is the worst customer service banker I have ever dealt with. A dissapointment to say the least! Not to mention a liar!
