  I have had a problem with transaction and I have contacted the phone hotline several times but they couldn’t help me solve my problem. Then I decided to step in to the branch as my last chance. First I came in I was greeted by nice lady and she gave me a bottle water to cool me down and then the branch manager Alex Payne came and inquired about my problem. He is very attentive and quickly understand my issue. Then he contact the bank corporate for me and explain my issue to them clearly. Couple days after, my issue has been resolved. Thank so much for the very professional service.

  Horrible branch. Walked in and no tellers. One woman in a cubicle with another customer tells me she's in the bathroom. I'm like really, well maybe someone needs to dole out for a second teller. The teller finally strolls out like she's walking into her living room and then proceeds to tell me she can't replace my bank check from another branch, which was a total lie. Shut it down - customer service is non existent here.

  Not sure I should give it any star, I had to rate what it deserves, Let me get to it, my son just got his debit card, Citizen bank just took over, HSBC he's been trying to activate his card his paycheck is trapped, he's been calling customer service to activate his card other banks make it easy not Citizen Bank , there's no chat there's no response the automated response when he calls the 800#, his card has been activated, however he has not been able to use the debit card not sure it Citizen bank, was a good choice for him, I'm trying to get him to move to a more reliable bank , with real customer service, and don't get me started on the fact that there are barely no locations in the city. Not my bank, Citizen bank.
