  I have been with Citizens Bank Wolfeboro for over 20 years. They still have great customer service and the tellers are friendly and helpful. I agree the new location is hard to park and small but the service makes up for it. I have formed lasting relationships and that means more to me than location.

  Poor parking only one teller most of time and no drive up. Worst location ever they should have stayed at old location. I prefer Ossipee location but I am considering changing banks. I blame the good idea fairy at corporate. I can't stand it when a teller uses my first name instead of Mr. or Sir. Went there 7-12-19 line is all backed up tellers taking their sweet time. They have the ability to do transactions in offices. And not a one person in office offered to help. Worst service ever! 8-9-19 Go in to cash a check one teller is behind counter. Five other employees sitting on their butts and not getting behind the counter. Worst bank I've ever been too! Recommend to others to use a different branch or Bank. 9-4-21 With Ossipee closing looks like I'm stuck going here for now. Hopefully they'll transfer in Ossipee folks to improve service. 5-27-22 Closed on a Friday before a holiday? What a lousy branch. Folks considering living here do yourself a favor and use a different bank that actually cares about their customers.
