The branch manager at this bank, Robert, is extremely personable and helpful. I've had a checking account with Citizens Bank (prev. Charter One) for over 10 years, and in that time I've been in multiple branches for various reasons- this one definitely sticks out and it is because of the management. Very thorough with excellent customer service.

No customer service. Rep at branch told me I would have to come in just to have a banker simply call customer service on my behalf since I don’t have 60min to sit on hold myself. No matter what time of day or day of week I call customer service, it is 45-60 min to talk to anyone for ANYTHING. So much for switching banks!
