  My name is Katelyn Walker I Called customer service today and spoke to Chelsea! She was SUPER sweet VERY caring and overall FABOLOUS! My husband and I have been using Citizens Bank for seven years we love Citizens and their staff is always amazing!

  I’ve been banking with Citizens for 6 years. I went through the drive through to make some deposits. There was nobody in line behind me. The lady said it was too many checks (approximately one dozen) for the drive through. I usually bring the same number checks every time I go and have never been told this. She told me I would need to come inside. I refused as we are in the middle of a pandemic and I am pregnant. She asked me to park out front and came out with my receipts. She then told me next time I need to fill out a deposit slip. Again I have been with Citizens for 6 years and have made hundreds of deposits. I have never been asked to fill out a deposit slip. Nor have I ever even seen one at a branch. I feel this lady was being unnecessarily difficult and making up rules that don’t exist. I won’t be going to this branch again.

  Worst branch I have encountered. If you have a durable financial Power of Attorney, they will not honor it. They will not honor their OWN Power of Attorney on accounts. Everyone you speak to gives you a different answer. Everyone that they call, gives them a different answer. The blind leading the blind! Their computer system is from the stone-age. Always handing off to someone else who still has no answers! If another branch is no better, bye-bye Citzens!
