      Was having a hard time exchanging foreign currency .. reached out to a few banks and the only bank that was able to do the currency I needed was citizens. When I went in they gave me a hard time about my ID and that I am a Florida resident so therefore I wasn’t able to open an account to exchange my foreign currency. The man I was speaking with for help was very rude and refused to open an account Assuming I was only opening it to exchange my foreign currency which wasn’t the case very poor customer service I will never be returning to this bank again.

      Banks like these won’t last. Customer service is extremely poor. Not FDIC secured! Never received my bank reward for joining. I have spoken to several employees and non have helped. Let’s see if they can help me after this 1 star!!
