      I really liked having Citizens inside the Kroger. It is harder to get to now in its current location.

      They deposited fiances check into someone else's bank account....how does that even happen? Them was on hold for 1 1/2 hours trying to get help. Only to be told a claim was in and had to wait 10-14 days. What kind of bank is this. Pulling everything from this bank to move to another not to mention there Debit cards are cheap and barely work.

      Excellent customer service. Carolyn Yee is fantastic. Quick, accurate and always very helpful. I dont understand the negative scores. LOL...i like the chairs. I have a bad back and hip so the chairs are a welcome sight! Been banking with Citizens for years. No bad experiences. This new location on Lapeer rd in Lake Orion ihad been great for me.
