      What a turn around with a new manager! Jodi Burwell, the new and current manager is excellent! I had not stepped into this branch for over a year because of previous poor service by the previous manager. Recently, I had to go in to retrieve my atm card that was accidentally taken in by the machine. Fortunately I came to realize that there is now a new manager, Ms. Jodi Burwell. Not only did she assisted me in retriving my atm card, she made sure it still function properly. Her customer service skills and customer handling relation was professional and excellent! Thank you Ms. Burwell! Even the counter customer service has improved under Ms. Burwell's management. Ms. Kumi Ranatunga provides excellent customer service with efficiency and great friendly smiles! This branch has make banking a pleasent task by just showing a simple good customer relationship courtesy.

      The tellers at this branch have been helpful and kind. However, their online banking experience is another story. I have been locked out of my account several times (glitch on their side), and the phone line for help is clearly staffed with overseas workers with heavy accents and abrupt, rude demeanor.
