      I love Citizens Bank. All the negative comments on here seem to be from people who are not detail oriented or are not financially intelligent. A bank is it tool if you don't know how to use a tool then you're never going to be happy. Citizens has a great cash back credit card that I pay off multiple times a month and it has been fantastic!! Their auto loan rates and home equity have been really great products as well. Very happy.

      I’ve had nothing but issues with this bank. Constantly putting my payroll checks on hold. Constantly telling me there’s nothing they can do about any of the issues I’m having. Being rude and unhelpful. I get more help from PayPal than I do an actual bank.
