  I brought in a bag of change that wasn't rolled and these people treated me like any other. I thought they would be mad and I wasn't even sure if they would take it because it wasn't rolled. They did.. with a smile. Ender was my teller and even when a few customers came in he didn't catch an attitude that he was stuck counting my change. Luckily his Co worker is super fast at what she does .I didn't catch her name but she obviously knows her job well. So thank you to these wonderful bank tellers!

  Went to ATM to withdraw cash and instead of having a warning there was no cash in the machine it made you go through all the motions. Was really depressing watching a full line of cars wait, wait, wait, and drive away empty handed to have to drive to another branch. Not a great bank if you can't get your own money. If you call they'll tell you they have "lots of great features", but I think a bank's most important feature is access to my money.

  My brother end up homeless and almost committed suicide after these people held his rent and food money for more than 10 days they ruined his bday and messed up his mental health and the funny part is that they did it bc he is black and they are “white supremacy’s “
