      Dropped by yesterday to pick up Euros as not all Citizens Bank branches carry them. Was told due to a company wide system issue they are unable to give them to me for fear of "messing my account up" and to come back another day. It came across as the teller not wanting to process the transaction, and shortly after I was proven right. I went to another nearby branch that carried the currency and my request was processed immediately and I was given the funds. It's a joke that THE branch in the huge citizens bank office tower will just refuse to assist a customer.
