      Avoid Citizens bank because of their fee structure and "holding" check policy. we had deposited two checks for $9000 on the 15th, then was charged an overdraft fee--Citizens bank "held" the deposit until the 18th when checks came due from the account; total value of the checks was less than than 10% of the deposit. now they've added fees for electronically transferring money to accounts at separate banks. do your research and find a less fee-happy bank. we are!
